My Journey

My journey has been one of resilience, self-discovery, and transformation. Life has thrown its share of challenges my way, from traumatic childhood experiences to personal losses that tested my spirit. But with each setback, I've sought ways to heal, grow, and find meaning.

From a young age, I faced adversity head-on. The loss of my father, followed by the tragic passing of my mother, thrust me into a caregiving role for my younger sister. Amidst the grief, I grappled with health challenges that traditional medicine couldn't fully address. Yet, my spirit remained unbroken. I embarked on a global quest for healing, seeking solace in travel, meeting incredible souls, and exploring diverse cultures.

My pursuit of wellness led me to alternative healing modalities. From counselling to neurological healing and nervous systemtechniques, I delved deep into understanding the mind-body-emotion connection. My experiences with Somatic movement, breathwork, and other holistic approaches not only brought personal healing but ignited a passion to help others.

Today, I stand as a testament to the power of resilience and self-belief. Through a blend of holistic practices, nourishing food, and continuous learning, I've found balance and purpose. Every day, I ask myself, "What do I need in this moment?" and I encourage others to do the same. Join me on this journey of healing and self-discovery.

I recognize that each individual's journey is unique, and I customize my approach to align with the specific needs of my clients. Drawing from a holistic perspective, my aim is to leave you feeling rejuvenated, hopeful, and empowered.

Whether you're a woman in a demanding career, a caregiver, or a parent grappling with fatigue, stress, trauma, or chronic conditions, I'm here to guide you. Together, we'll identify root causes, harness your innate strengths, and shift perspectives to embrace a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques, from HeartMath and Intention Tapping to the principles of neuroplasticity and nerves system regulation. My goal is to equip you with actionable tools to navigate challenges and cultivate a sense of calm and resilience. Our collaboration will focus on unearthing and reshaping beliefs that may contribute to emotional turmoil.

My Qualifications

My purpose is to guide and support, and it brings me joy to share my knowledge and journey with  you!

My areas of expertise include: Assisting women in demanding careers, to navigate fatigue, burnout, stress, trauma, and chronic conditions. I focus on holistic healing methods like HeartMath, Intention Tapping, Mindfulness, Somatic Healing, and the Gut-Brain Connection to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being.

My academic and professional qualifications:  Encompass a deep understanding of neuroplasticity-based healing methods, neurophysiology of trauma and attachment, emotional regulation practices, and breathwork. I hold a BA from ACAP, the Australian College of Applied Psychology. My certifications include the Magnetic Mind Method and HeartMath©. I'm also pursuing qualifications in Intention Tapping. Over the years, I've incorporated teachings from a range of renowned programs and methodologies, including the Lightning Process, DNRS, Gupta Program, Dr. Joe Dispenza’s insights, The Polyvagal Theory, Emotional Freedom Technique© (EFT), NLP, Germanic Healing Knowledge, MAP, Somatic Experiencing, the PSYCH-K technique, and Matrix Energetics.
